Tolkien's Languages
We highly recommend Hisweloke's Online Sindarin Dictionary. Alternatively you can download it using Dragon Flame 2.0.
A particularly useful site (one of Liwurien's favourites) is Merin Essi ar Quenteli! which includes a set of phrase books as well as references to what are considered trustworthy sites, and those to avoid.
If you want to get serious about learning some of the languages then the Sindarin course (I'm biased) at Parma Tyelpelassiva (The Book of Silver Leaves) is worth a look.
If those are not enough for you then you can spend days at Ardalambion - good luck!
Liwurien recommends that you avoid using the Grey Company (Tel Mitrhim) site for learning Tolkien's elven languages as they mix Sindarin and Quenya as well as having their own words in there.
If you are doing any transcription into tengwar then you can use YaTT: Yet Another Tengwar Tool.
